- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings scattered on paper towels at hand washing sink, on ledge behind hand washing sink, on floor near hand washing sink, on floor under single service articles, on pop storage shelving, on shelving and pallets in basement. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: observed dust and food debris on interior and exterior surfaces of cooking equipment, shelving units, prep tables, coolers and freezers. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
