- comments: observed pest activity. Around 30 mice droppings on the prep area floor along walls and corners. Instructed manager must remove all mice droppings by date of reinspection. Advised to call pest control operator for service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a).

- comments: dishwash area handwash sink cold water handle stripped. Must repair and maintain cold water handle at dishwasher handwash sink.
