Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, North Dartmouth Mall, North Dartmouth, MA, USA

80 North Dartmouth Mall, Dartmouth, 02747 Massachusetts, United States

I went on Friday night Dec 21 for dinner. Upon entering first thing I noticed was the place stunk! Very unpleasant and like a vomit smell and now I think I know why. A restaurant should smell good and like food cooking not like that! It was the first sign I should have turned around and left. Then upon being seated my silverware was laid on table and the knife looked not even washed at all let alone poorly washed. Second sign I should have left! Waitress apologetic but I now realize she had no food service experience whatsoever and handled us and our ordeal poorly. I ordered chicken marsala with mushrooms which I've had before but this night would be all different. Within a few minutes I was having a seizure at table then violently began to vomit right at my table. No doubt in my mind it was from food poisoning and most likely the mushrooms. I was able to gather myself albeit difficult to get outside to finish vomiting which was horrible! They didn't even encourage my wife to go with me as they kept her back to pat the bill! $85 dollars. This whole incident and the way we were handling at that 100% filthy location is not acceptable and I hope my post saves others. | Symptoms: Vomiting
