- comments: observed improper temperature of 10lbs. Of prepackaged raw steak at 69. 4f on drain board at 3- compartment sink. 1. 5lbs. Cooked shreeded chicken 50. 1f,2. 5lbs. Cooked sliced gyros meat 51. 3f in 1- door glass reach in cooler. Product was discarded by manager. Must have cold holding foods at 41. 0f or below. Appx. 14lbs. $63. (priority 7-38-005)

- comments: observed 1- door glass reach in cooler at 46. 4f with tcs foods stored inside. Must have cold holding unit at 41. 0f or below. Manager adjusted thermostat and cooler is now at 38. 6f. (priority 7-38-005)(cos)

potentially lead to the growth of Clostridium botulinum bacteria. To date, no illnesses have been reported in connection with these products.

The recalled products are
- Mushrooms & sesame (750 ml)
- Vegetables (750 ml)
The products were sold until April 23, 2024, and were packaged in glass jars with black metal lids. They were sold at room temperature at the establishment mentioned above. The products are not showing any signs of spoilage or suspicious odor.

If you have this product at home, do not consume it and return it to the store where it was purchased. Products could be contaminated with the bacteria Clostridium botulinum. Foods contaminated with the toxin of this bacterium when ingested can cause the following symptoms: facial paralysis, non-reactive or fixed pupils, difficulty swallowing, drooping eyelids, etc, impaired vision and speech. In severe cases, the disease can cause death.

In case you experienced Botulism symptoms, report it now. It can help to detect & resolve outbreaks early and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.

The recalled product is Mowi's Norwegian Atlantic Salmon – Cold Smoked, weighing 113g. The UPC is 8 19693 02546 3, and all units sold from March 27, 2024, up to and including April 10, 2024, are affected by the recall.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is currently conducting a food safety investigation.
