Steakhouse Meal Causes Illness - Outback Steakhouse, Orem Utah

I ate at this restaurant on Nov. 4th 2016. I ordered bacon cheese fries, then pumpernickel bread, I ordered a rib eye steak with garlic butter sauce, and a baked potato and side dish of steamed broccoli. After the meal felt a little gassy, but went to bed. Woke up at 4 am with intense stomach pains, and intense diarrhea, chills, fever, nausea and vomiting for 8 hours straight. Saw a doctor and he had diagnosed it as food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas, Chills, Stomach Pain
