- comments: observed several ready to eat tcs foods in deli cooler with no date marking. Manager discarded 1/2 pound sausage patties ($. 60), 1. 3 oz ham ($. 30), 6 oz pepperjack cheese ($1) and 7. 5 oz turkey ($5). Instructed manager to ensure all tcs ready to eat foods that are held more than 24 hours must be date marked. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed torn gaskets in 2 door reach in cooler on service line. Instructed manager to ensure all coolers have gaskets in good repair.

48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed no chlorine test strips on site for chlorine dish machine. Instructed manager to obtain chlorine test strips for low temp chlorine dish machine. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued
