Inspectors found significant food safety violations during the inspection. About 100 pounds or more of prepared and refrigerated foods, including rice and beans, chicken, soups, fresh sausages, cheeses, and yogurt, were being held above the required cold temperature limit. These foods were voluntarily discarded. Inspectors also found two display coolers holding food at unsafe temperatures, and citations were issued for the cold-holding and equipment temperature violations.

Inspectors also observed about 150 or more small live flies in deli, prepared food, bakery, basement prep, and storage areas. This was cited as a significant food safety violation. Additional issues included missing or broken thermometers in cooling units, dirty tables and equipment in food preparation areas, and food debris, trash, and buildup on floors and walls in multiple areas.
