- comments: 6-202. 15 front entrance doors and rear exit doors not rodent proof, approx 1/4 inch gap inbetween and at bottom of doors. Instd to rodent proof same so as to be tight fitting.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: clutter/unnecessary articles in rear unused produce area. Instd to clean and organize area

56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: 6-303. 11 light out in rear storage area. Instd to replace and maintain

57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: 2-102. 13 missing food handler training for food handlers, instd to obtain training and maintain verification on site

59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: 8-404. 13(b3) enforcement by the regulatory authority non compliance: previous priority foundation from report 2546150 from 1/5/22: 38: mice activity noted in the following areas: over 100 mice droppings scattered on floor in electrical closet and along wall base through out rear storage area, over 500 mice droppings scattered on customer display shelves through out premises (soda, chips, bread, juice, etc). Instd to remove all droppings, clean and sanitize all affected areas, and contact pest control for. Citation issued 7-42-090 priority
