Ex-Manager Reports Temp Abuse - Shake Shack, Fishers Indiana

Ordered burger with bacon, cheese fries and chicken bites with honey mustard. Three hours later massive abdominal pain. Diarrhea, vomiting, chills throughout the night. Most likely this was time/temp abuse for the shack sauce, honey mustard, cheese sauce on the fries. I was a former manager of here in NYC and Austin, TX. Request to pull temp logs for yesterdays shift. Wednesday 9/21/22. I know the procedures of this restaurant and there should be a consistent temp log and line checks by managers twice a day at minimum. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
