6" italian bmt with bacon, lettuce, onion , banana pepper, mayo, hot sauce, honey mustard on flatbread. 11 yo complained of stomach pain and felt hot 1.5-2 hours after eating. Temp low, face flushed went to bed 2 hours later, half hour after he vomited. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
