Subway Sub Causes Illness - Subway,

Went to the one inside Wal-Mart. I ordered a spicy Italian on garlic bread with lettuce, green pepper, black olive, onion, mayo, and mustard. Not even 3 hours after eating I had horrible cramps and the runs. It was on and off for about 5 hours. I had stopped going to subway for 4 months because the time before that I ordered a turkey sub and immediately after had the same symptoms as well as violently throwing up. No more subway, ever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
