- comments: instructed to provide handwashing signage at all handsinks (bar,washrooms).

16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed a slight debris accumulation encrusted on the interior of the ice machine located behind the bar. Must remove debris, detail clean inside ice machine/have serviced and maintain ice machine at all times.

25. Consumer advisory provided for raw/undercooked food
- comments: found no consumer advisory disclosure and reminder statement on the menus. Instructed management to disclose which foods can be ordered 'raw' or under cooked and link those foods with an asterisk (*) to a reminder statement that states that eating raw or under cooked foods can increase your risk of food borne illness. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005.

35. Approved thawing methods used
- comments: observed improper thawing being with on frozen cut steak. Thawing must occur with food being placed in the refrigeration unit over night, or under cold running water. Instructed to maintain correct thawing procedures.

- comments: observed water leak at drain pipe underneath the far right compartment of the 3-compartment sink. Instructed to repair plumbing leak and maintain.

- comments: observed unisex employee washroom door not self closing. Instructed to install a self closing door device and maintain.

- comments: observed dirty floors with litter and debris at bar area. Must detail clean the floors and maintain.

- comments: observed burnt-out light bulbs in the kitchen prep/dishwashing area. Instructed to replace burnt-out light bulbs and maintain adequate lighting at all times.

57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed a food handling employee without a food handler certificate. Instructed to show proof of training for all food handling employees.

60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violation not corrected from inspection report# 2492780 03/12/2021. #58--observed the certified food manager without an allergen training certificate. Management instructed to have all certified food managers obtain this certificate. Instructed to correct noted violation and maintain as required. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090,citation issued.
