- comments: observed raw chicken(50. 9f) and breaded steak (49. 8f) stored at improper temperature in prep cooler. Instructed manager to discard. All cold tcs food must maintain 41f or below during storage, preparation, display and service. Priority 7-38-005 citation issued

- comments: observed bulk container not labeled in prep area. Instructed manager to label all bulk containers with common name of food.

39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed pineapples stored on floor inside walk-in cooler and milk stored on floor in rear storage area. Instructed manager to elevate all food items six inches off floor.

41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed soiled wiping cloths stored on prep table. Instructed manager to store wiping cloths in sanitizing solution between uses.

- comments: observed damaged and loose door gaskets on prep cooler in prep area. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
