- comments: observed raw chicken being stored on the top shelving inside the reach-in cooler directly overcooked, ready-to-eat beef and soup. Also observed in another cooler was raw beef stored on top shelving above cooked rice. Reviewed proper food storage and discarded all cooked foods. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: no metal stem thermometer on-site to monitor all food temperatures. Must provide. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: all bulk food containers must be labeled with the product common name.

- comments: wiping cloths must be held in a container with a sanitizing solution.

- comments: noted a porous, stone mortar and pestle on the premises used for food preparation. Must not use and remove from the premises. Must use equipment that can be properly cleaned and sanitized.
