Today, Got sick today, but ate less than 48 hours ago at the restaurant. We had 4 people with us but only my son and I got sick and we are the only ones who had steak (cooked medium well) - the others ordered wings and pulled pork with sides, no issues for them. My son got a slightly less worse case than me bc his amount of steak was limited in the kids meal, whereas I had a 6oz steak. As soon as I felt sulfer/foul burps and trapped gas, I knew it was meat related. This was the only meal I had eaten due to saving my sides as leftovers(baked potato and fries yesterday), however my son didn't take home any left over and still had same symptoms and exactly the same timeframe today. My symptoms were so severe, I almost called 911 but I knew having to move might not help. Luckily I had someone helping me through the pain.Nausea, dry heaving from pain, sweats, intense pain causing screaming, inability to sit on toilet, constantly needing to change position, foul smelling loose stool, diaherea mixed with periods of constipation , intestinal cramping, stomach pain, shooting/stabbing pain into my back and peri area, sulfur burps, trapped air | Symptoms: Gas, Burping, Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Cramps, Sweating, Stomach Pain
