Undercooked Meat Illness - Texas Roadhouse, Riverview Florida

It was Thursday January 3rd, 2019. I went into Texas Roadhouse on a date. I had the 8 oz New York strip steak, a half a rack of ribs, a baked potato with cheese, bacon, sour cream and butter, and steak fries. I ate the majority of my food, all that was left was a little bit of the potato and fries. All the meat products that I ordered were asked to be Well done. My steak seemed so but you could never know if they cooked the ribs to the required temperature. My date had the steak kabobs that were asked to be well done yet multiple pieces of meat were super red inside, so there’s no surprise that the cooks were obviously rushing in the kitchen, not letting the food cook for as long as it should’ve. It was around 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm that I was in the restaurant. By 11 pm my stomach was feeling a little weird. I tried to sleep it off but around 3:30 am the next morning I was awaken with severe stomach cramps that led me to the bathroom with diarrhea and vomiting. I was in the bathroom doing both for about an hour. I went back to sleep and woke up around 11 am to do same thing but even worse this time. The whole day I was suffering with that food born illness as well as the next day. Unable to follow through with any of my plans. I contacted the business and let them know yet they never got back in touch with me, never tried making things right on the spot, and were quick to try and divert to it being something else causing that. When that was the ONLY meal I ate that day. Needless to say, I will not be eating again at Texas Roadhouse and I’d advice anyone to stay away from there as well. My date told me how even one of her coworkers got food poisoning from their green beans a while back. Something they’re doing is not right. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
