Report date: Mar 11, 202010. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed hand washing sinks not accessible and evidence of being used as a food prep sinks. Rear prep hand sink noted with food utensils inside and excessive food debris in the sink. During inspection a food handler was noted putting dirty food utensils inside the front prep hand washing sink. All utensils removed. Reviewed with management that hand sinks must be used for hand washing purposes only. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.

- comments: observed prepared tcs foods held longer than 24 hours in the cooler without expiration dates. Foods such as deli meats, au jus gravy, pasta salads, cooked beef. Reviewed all prepared tcs foods must be properly date labeled with an expiration date no longer than 7 days. All foods discarded estimated 50lbs @ $200. 00. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: menu does not disclose and inform consumers the specific menu item, such as a breakfast sandwich, that are raw or under cooked and a potential hazard of consuming such food. Must provide a consumer advisory that discloses and remind customers of such foods. Priority foundation violation. No citation issued.
