36. Thermometers provided & accurate
- comments: observed no ambient air thermometer inside the 1-door beef cooler on the cooks line. Instructed to provide conspicuous and easily readable thermometers inside all refrigerator units to properly monitor the ambient air temperature of equipment.

- comments: must remove all dead insects from the floors, especially near the wallbase, throughout the basement.

- comments: found heavy grease build up inside the fryers on the cooks line. Instructed management to detail clean and maintain.

- comments: found a leak coming from a ceiling pipe in the basement area. Instructed management to repair.

- comments: found a heavy accumulation of dirt, grease, and debris on the floors underneath the three compartment sink, in the basement, underneath the ice machine, inside the walk-in cooler, on the cooks line, and underneath the front counter. Instructed management to detail clean areas and maintain.

- comments: found a heavy accumulation of dust on the ceiling vents near the ice machine. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: previous core violations from 4/4/2019 report #2282637 not corrected: violation #55 (6-501. 12) clean the floor underneath the deep fryers. Violation #57 (2-102. 13) observed a food handling employee without a food handler certificate. Must show proof of training for all food handling employees. Must correct previous core violations. Priority foundation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
