- comments: observed approximately 15 fruit flies around soda/tea machine and flying in rear near mop sink and 3 compartment sink. Instructed to contact pest control to eliminate pest activity. Priority foundation. 7-38-020(a). Citaiton issued.

- comments: observed dirty floor drain underneath 3 compartment sink and standing water in rear near 3 compartment sink. Must clean drain and remove water to prevent pest harborage.
