- comments: observed 1 door refrfigerator in prep area at improper temeprature of 65. 1f. All cold holding units must maintain temperature of 41f or below at all times. Cooler tagged for re-inspection. Priority. 7-38-005. Citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 15 fruit flies around soda/tea machine and flying in rear near mop sink and 3 compartment sink. Instructed to contact pest control to eliminate pest activity. Priority foundation. 7-38-020(a). Citaiton issued.

- comments: observed dirty floor drain underneath 3 compartment sink and standing water in rear near 3 compartment sink. Must clean drain and remove water to prevent pest harborage.
