High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. In walk-in freezer, raw chicken tray stored on top of raw shrimps containers

High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. At the dry storage area: 60 rodent droppings on floor under shelves, two rodent droppings on cardboard next to rice bags, three rodent droppings on top of flour bin container, 91 rodent droppings on floor under shelves next to bathroom entrance, 50 rodent droppings on floor in bathroom area and 23 rodent droppings on floor under single service storage shelves. **Warning**

High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. At the dry storage area, observed bread crumbs bags and flour bags with gnaw marks.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking. At the cook line, chicken container no time marked.
