Report date: Jul 9, 202510. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no paper towel in the 2nd floor bar hand-sink. Informed person in charge that paper towels must be available at hand sinks at all times. Food handler obtained paper towel for hand sink during time of inspection priority foundation violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
29. Compliance with variance/specialized process/haccp
- comments: found no records of temperature control for conditionally approved haccp for reduced oxygen packaging (rop). Haccp logs were not being utilized for all vacuum-sealed food items on site. Observed rop food items without required date marking, including: � ballooned rop pickled red onion bags � sliced deli meat � marinated ground pork � marinated beef cuts all identified vacuum-sealed food items were immediately and voluntarily disposed of by management through a denaturing process. Approximately 500 lbs of product, valued at $4,000. 00. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued

- comments: observed milk crates being used as shelving throughout the prep and storage areas. Must remove and provide shelving that is 6" off the floor and provides floor accessibility to ensure adequate facility cleaning.

- comments: observed an excessive amount of ice buildup on the floor/walls/ceiling of the reach-in freezer. Must remove excess ice, detail clean, and maintain.

- comments: observed 3 compartment sink leaking from faucet, noted 1st floor bar also leaking from rinser pipes. Instructed to repair and maintain
