Grabbed a Caesar salad from on of the stands. Chicken looked a little gross when I opened it. So, didn’t eat the chicken but ate the lettuce. Four hours later threw up all the way to Dublin. Still nauseated with diarrhea. A day later.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Air France, Flight from Paris to Los Angeles

My flight was 7/10/22 paris to LAX. I ate the chicken dish served in economy on the flight. My friend did as well. The following day she has diarrhea/nausea/vomiting and I had severe nausea vomiting and abdominal pain.
