I bought a turkey Chipotle sandwich from this Mariano's and ate it for lunch. It didn't taste the best but I assumed I just didn't like the taste because I was trying a new flavor. An hour later, I started feeling very nauseous and vomited up my food. I went home sick from work because of this  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Both my husband and I ate strawberries from Ingles market and had bad cases of diarrhea. I had diarrhea headache, stomach pain and dizziness the following two days. One of the strawberries I ate had a pesticide taste to it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Headache, Dizziness
