Had the vegetarian plate for lunch, it had the garlic noodle, buffalo cauliflower and brussel sprouts at around 3pm. At 5:30 I started having constant watery diarrhea, stomach pains and the sweats.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Night Sweats

I got a medium ham sub yesterday with Mayo, mustard, onion, lettuce, black olives, and American cheese from the Latta Road Wegmans. I ate half as soon as i got home, and within a half hour I was throwing up.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
