Started for my husband and I about 4 days into our 8 day trip, after two days of being back in the US still having severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea. We’re very careful about brushing teeth with bottled water and ate at every restaurant on site plus room service so don’t know where it came from.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
