My wife had breakfast about two hours ago. She is now vomiting and has diarrhea. She had the “Aviation Breakfast”. She was not a guest of the hotel but she was having breakfast with a guest, Symptoms started within two hours. Haven’t determined if the other two having breakfast got sick.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea
