Whole family of 5 Consumed food at approx 7:30-8:30pm. At 12:30 am 11 year old son and 17 year old daughter woke up with excruciating stomach pain and nausea. Both began vomiting and have spent the last 4 hours in pain and vomiting. Administered zofran for nausea.… See more

My sister & I had nuggets from Chickfila Friday afternoon. Saturday we were both sick with really bad stomach aches and pain. We both felt bad the entire day. She threw up mid morning and we both had stomach issues.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

I went to Ikea in Plaza Encuentro Oceanía and ate Swedish meatballs and I started to feel very sick with pain like gas stuck and I just threw up my nose and it was the meatballs that I got.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Gas
