I ordered a bacon and mushroom pizza, chicken Alfredo and chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Within 30 minutes of consuming 1 slice of pizza, half of the pasta and a quarter of the sandwich I was extremely sick, in pain and stuck in the bathroom  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache

On 11/23/2025 me and my aunt both went to Panda Express and got their orange chicken. That was the only item we both had and we both got food poisoning. It got so bad we went to the urgent care and had it diagnosed and got meds  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

My daughter is a student at unlv. Sunday evening she got chipotle for dinner. That night she started not feeling well. Stomach cramps. Monday she has stomach cramps, vomiting, headaches.
