I ate too many hotdogs at approximately 7 PM May 13. I have had continuous diarrhea vomiting and a fever over 100 that was the only food I had since 11 AM on May 13 and the symptoms started within three hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

On 4/22 I got a hot dog from one of the Fenway food stands and less than 2 hours later I was vomiting and having stomach pains. It's been 3 days and my stomach is still upset and I am still nauseous.
