I never eat at McDonalds but it was late and we were busy, I grabbed a chicken Caesar Salad from the drive through, they gave me two side salads cuase they were out of the full size. Ate it right before bed, Woke up with explosive diarrhea… See more

Ikea in Burlington ON had a Black Friday event where people were entitled to Free breakfast. Shortly after eating my meal, I had very bad abdominal discomfort and had bad diahrrea, been like this all day since 8am currently 6:00pm  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I have ordered Dominos around 17:00 pm, ate my pizza, and after 2-3 hours i had diarrhea, than nausea and vomiting, and all night long i cant even sleep. THANK YOU SO MUCH Domino's.
