I ate at my local Subway for lunch. When I got home at around around 6:30pm I wasn't feeling well. I was nauseous and I threw up 4 times during the night. Whole parts of the sandwich were present. I was not feeling well for the next 2 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Monday evening. Had a home style Asiago chinken sandwich with a poutine. Didn't feel to good after eating the meal. Tuesday morning vommiting and diarrhea began. Been two days now and finally clearing up  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I bought a roast beef sandwich around 4pm thursday, May 19 2016. It was the only thing I ate that day within 60 minutes of eating a few bites I became violently ill  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
