We ordered some pizza, when it arrived it appeared to have been dropped as it was a mess. We phoned to complain and got a replacement, following which I became very Sick in the evening with stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhoea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Sat 28th evening, we ate chicken gyoza, chicken yakitori, salmon yaki soba, steak yagi soba and the ginger cheesecake. Both myself and my husband felt unwell from about half an hour after we left the restaurant and very unwell the next day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Ordered a chicken wrap which immediately tasted off and had a texture of ‘paste’ like someone had chewed it and spat it into the wrap. Symptoms of vomiting, diarrhoea and extreme nausea. It’s completely wiped me out and I will never return again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Suspected source: Donuts
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Additional information: Began vomiting a few hours after eating selection of donuts. The custard donut had a strange aftertaste and within 5 hours was vomiting.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
