plain cheeseburger and fries, I got sick as I was the only person who ate. I felt ill immediately after but I was sick on the evening- I didn’t have anything much to eat as I felt ill so it was definitely the burger  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea

Mcdonalds chicken nuggets, I was the only person in the group that had chicken nuggets. A few hours later I was feeling very ill. I went to bed at about 10:20pm and was in and out of sleep all night. With shivering and feeling very sick. I eventually was violently sick at around 6a  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever

Both my son and I had symptoms of diarrhoea and nausea following McDonalds last Thursday evening 21st March. Mine began at 4am, his at 9.30 am. The only thing we both ate were fries and I noticed at the time they were fairly cold but I didn’t think they would make us so ill.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
