Golden Grahams cereal with no milk
I had only eaten fruit, Golden Grahams (dry,no milk), and water and got diarrhea almost immediately after. I thought it was a stomach bug and dismissed it. I took and bag of dry cereal today and water only and the same thing 🤦🏽‍♀️  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
