Non-dairy chocolate brownie made me ill. I’m extremely lactose intolerant and for this reason haven’t consumed dairy in over 4 years. Within an hour of eating this, I had terrible nausea and diarrhea for hours afterwards. This felt exactly like the dairy reactions I used to have.… See more

My husband made scallops and steak for dinner, only 5 minutes after I ate them I felt sick to my stomach. Around 9pm I was in a lot of pain and felt nauseous, a few more hours and I vomited and felt better. He did not eat them, as he doesn’t like seafood.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
