Lettuce or ribs. Boyfriend and I both got sick about 24-28 hours from consumption. Insane stomach aches and cramps, stiff joints and muscles hurts to walk/move, temperatures, excessive throw up and diarrhea of only the contents eaten at (ribs and salad), extreme dehydration, not able to sleep    | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration

Cheese pizza from there I purchased 4 uncooked cheese and pepperoni pizza's from here since they were offering special pricing. The pizzas were put into the fridge 15 minutes after purchasing from the store. I baked the cheese pizza in the oven following the instructions around 6PM.… See more

3 people in family got severe diahrea. 9 year old got the sickest and had stool sample confirming shiga like proteins. He had bloody diahrea as well and severe stomach cramps. Symptoms arose a 2-3 days after ingestion  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloody Stool
