Ate sweet pork burrito, noticed weird taste with rice. Stop eating it mid way. Hour later, I was vomiting and had diarrhea. Will never eat here again. Or any Cafe rio for that matter!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I woke up with diarrhea and vomited in the middle of the night. The only thing that has recently changed in my meal schedule is that I ate at little Saigon almost two nights in a row., I had dinner around 7pm. It took effect at 2am.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
