Girlfriend ate a McDouble, Hot n Spicy, and large fry with a sprite. About an hour after bed she woke up with pain in stomach needing to use the bathroom. She passed out and split open her nose. Do not eat at this McDonald’s  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
