British Airways flight 267 from London to Portland, OR on Mon, Oct 10, 2022. I ate the Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian Meal. I also ate the rice pudding from my husband's Asian Vegetarian Meal. He did not have any of my food and vice versa; he is not sick but I have been for days now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain
