Portobello mushroom I made stuffed portobellos - stuffing was cashews, garlic, basil and parsley. I washed all the produce. Mushrooms were bbq’d. Within 3 hours I was violently projectile vomiting. Vomiting lasted 4 hours. Still feel week 2 days later.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Ate a spicy chicken wrap and got a spicy diarrhea trap.

had a spicy chicken wrap and waited an hour and a half before eating the junior bacon cheeseburger, it was dark so I couldn't see the burger. within an hour I was feeling like I was going to vomit, then continued to vomit through out the night. and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
