I’ve always loved cheerios but in the past couple of months every single time i eat them I get stomach cramps and the shits. I thought maybe it was the milk so I tied it with almond milk and dry, same thing. My friend just complained about the same stuff from cheerios  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Additional information: My sister brought home steak and broccoli from a grocery store, we both got sick at the same time about an hour after eating it.
