Sept. 11/17 Ate lamb dinner around 6 - 6:30pm, also drank some water which was quite chlorinated. Started vomiting around 12 - 12:30 midnight. Vomiting followed by sharp pains in stomach and headache. No diarrhea. Dinner paid for by a friend so my name not on receipt.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea

The Buffett was held in the Trapeze Bar and Grill, located inside the Halifax
Casino. They were having an all you can eat lobster tail and prime rib dinner.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
