This is my second time ordering this dish: fillet mignon and garlic mash and it gave me instant diarrhea. I think it might be the potatoes but I think I might stop ordering that dish or stop going to this restaurant :(  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I had a Cobb salad with chicken added. Subbed romaine for spinach. Felt pretty fatigued that evening, woke up the next day extremely nauseous w/diarrhea. I feel like my body can’t move, everything hurts and my stomach is violently cramping.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Fatigue

Ordered the southern chicken finger dinner and the meat was chewy and barely cooked, Stopped eating the chicken after I noticed the chewiness. Had diarrhea an hour later when I got home.
