Sushi i had at a restaurant I was alone. Had sushi & got sick immediately, went & got a refund. But was sick for more than a week & had to go to hospital as symptoms were getting worse.

Had a 5oz burger at 130pm. Around 3pm began suffering severe stomach pain and diarrhea. This was the only thing I ate all day. The restaurant was very busy, I suspect my burger was undercooked.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
