I ordered a bowl with chicken , black beans , brown rice , lettuce , hot sauce on the 30th of August 2017 . Later on that day was feeling terrible, I threw up constantly , was in pain for a whole day and then had diarrhea for two days straight .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Went to McDonalds at about 12:00 am, when I got the burger it was kind of hard but I thought it would be ok. I woke up at 5:30 in the morning and started piling & having diarrhea.
