Went out to eat there I order chicken and rib combo, which was ready in 12 minutes, with a glass of red wine. Later in the evening I felt extreme stomach pain resulting in vomiting and diarrhea. Yesterday - it’s ongoing, Clubhouse sandwich frim Nausea and chills started 3-4 hours after the meal, then she vomited and it was diarrhea and more vomiting- it’s been over 12 hours since that started and she’s still retching  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
