My boyfriend had a hot dog from costco then an hour or so later he's been uncontrollably vomiting. We dont eat out often so it couldn't be from anywhere else. I have my food safe so I know sometimes it can come up to weeks after ingestion but theres a pretty direct correlation.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered a foot long tuna and Swiss cheese on white, with green peppers, lettuce and cucumber. Also had 2 chocolate chunk cookies and a bottle of Pepsi. This was 5pm on 09/25/17.
