December 6, 2018. While staying there Became ill after visiting the spa. Was offered a small glass of champagne. After my appointment I Felt nauseous and light headed. Passed out Had a fever, weakness, dizziness. Woke up covered in sweat. Several times during the night.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Weakness, Dizziness, Sweating

I got sick after 2 hour from eating breakfast liquid yogurt . that same day went to hospital they gave me a shot. the next day leaving to go home in new York . the next day went to doctor an said im putting you in hospital . I was there 4 days with simanila  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
