I was an the verge of dying. I threw my inwards alone. Naked and afraid with my head in the toilet bowl. Diarrhoea contained toast, water and f***** salad. Not even toast stays down. I’m dying and I blame the salad. F*** this place, I’m getting a lawyer I demand compensation.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

chicken I ordered a 14 piece bucket of chicken for me and my brother to share, we ate most of it. After a single night i woke up with severe stomach pains and non stop diarharia i asked my brother and he said hes been feeling sick too. But not as bad as me  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Diarrhea

I ate the trilogy box, I didn’t have the chips as they seemed a bit off. The burger was okay, popcorn chicken, gravy and one fillet.
It was the only thing I ate the whole day. I started having sharp abdominal pains, nausea, headache and diarrhoea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Headache
