I had the shrimp tacos and within 24 hours had a fever of 101 degrees, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and the chills. It was terrible and I don’t think I’ll be going there in the future!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills

Last night of vacation ate at blaze restaurant . Ordered ribeye and the wedge salad . Pretty sure wedge salad was the culprit as another friend ate it too and also got diarrhea. Mine is lasting much longer then hers . Horrible way to travel home . Avoid salad at this place you will regret it  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
